Monumental Events, Inc. was founded by Stacey Joedicke on the principles of providing exceptional service and making events Monumental for her customers.  She is passionate about planning and enjoys working with clients to make ideas become reality by combining her creative, planning, organizational, and business skills. 

 

Starting Monumental Events was a dream come true for Stacey.  During her eleven year corporate career, she planned numerous events including holiday parties, leadership programs, recruitment open houses, awards programs, and much more.  In addition, she was often planning events for friends and family such as weddings, birthday parties, retirement parties, bridal and baby showers, anniversary parties, and graduations.  With this valuable experience under her belt and passion for planning, she set her sights higher to help others with their special events and occasions.  

 

Stacey has a degree in Business Administration from Mary Washington College and has earned the designation of Professional Bridal Consultant™.  She is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants and the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce.  Karl Joedicke, her husband and business partner, is a travel consultant and runs Monumental Travel.  He also oversees the “behind the scenes” business functions.  They both look forward to serving you and making your event Monumental!
